(6)落札者の決定方法落札者の決定は、総合
評価落札方式をもって行うので、本公告に示
した業務を履行できると全国健康保険協会理
事長が判断した資料を添付して入札書を提出
した入札者であって、全国健康保険協会会計
規程第32条の規定に基づいて作成された予定
価格の制限の範囲内で、価格要件と技術要件
の総合評価が最も高い者を落札者とする。

12 Anyone who wishes to participate in
the bid must submit a written pledge that
they are not a member of an organzized
crime group as separately designated by
the Association. If a bidder fails to sub-
mit the pledge, makes a fails pledge, or
violates the pledge, the bid of that person
will be invalidated
13 Not having received administrative di-
sposition for violation of laws and regula-
tions under the jurisdiction of the Minis-
try of Health, Labour and Welfare within
the past year. However this does not ap-
ply if the employee has received a suspen-
sion order from a labour standards in-
spection agency for violation of the la-
bour standards laws listed below, but has
taken corrective measures and received a
"Notice of Lifting Suspension Order"
