(全省庁統一資格)関東・甲信越地域の「役
務の提供等」の情報処理又はソフトウェア開
発においてA、B又はCの等級に格付けされ
た者であること。
(4)予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づ
き、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有す
る者であること。なお、詳細については、入
札説明書のとおり。
(5)暴力団が実質的に経営を支配する者又はこ
れに準ずる者でないこと。
3入札者に求められる義務等
入札に参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に明
記されている各種書類を令和8年8月5日午後
4時までに、4(1)に示す場所に提出しなければ
ならない。なお、提出した各種書類について説
明を求められたときは、これに応じなければな
らない。

6 Summary

required: Statistics Library System Re-
place for January 2027 and Operation and
maintenance 1 set.

shall use in tendering procedures: Japanese
and Japanese currency
(7)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: ①not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Person under conservator
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause, ②not
come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order
concerning the Budget, Auditing and Ac-
counting, 3satisfy the Grade A or Grade B
or Grade C qualification that is "Informa-
tion processing" or "Software development"
on "offer of services etc" in the Kanto ・
Koushinetsu district. These qualifications
are specified in tender by Ministry of Inter-
nal Affairs and Communications (single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy), in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
