(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除,
(3)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(4)契約書作成の要否要。
(5)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した特定役
務を履行できると国立研究開発法人水産研
究・教育機構総務部長が判断した入札者で
あって、予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格
をもって有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者
とする。ただし、落札者となるべき者の入札
価格によっては、その者により当該契約の内
容に適合した履行がなされないおそれがある
と認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締結
することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すこととな
るおそれがあると認められる場合は、予定価
格の制限の範囲内の価格をもって入札した他
の者のうち最低の価格をもって入札した者を
落札者とすることがある。

(7)競争参加者は、入札の際に国立研究開発法
人水産研究・教育機構の資格審査結果通知書
写し又は全省庁統一資格の資格審査結果通知
書写しを提出すること。

①not come under Article 12-1 and 13 of
the regulation concerning the contract
for Japan Fisheries Research and Educa-
tion Agency.
②have Grade A, B, C or D "Service" in
terms of the Vessel Maintenance section
of Industrial classification in the qualifi-
cation for participating in tenders by Ja-
pan Fisheries Research and Education
Agency or Single qualification for every
ministry and agency in the fiscal years
2025,2026 and 2027.
