(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①Not come under Article 6-1 of the Na-
tional Printing Bureau's regulation con-
cerning the contract procedures. Further-
more, minors, person under Conservator-
ship, and person under Assistance, who
have obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract, may come under
this qualification in cases involving spe-
cial reasons within the said article.
② Not come under Article 6—2 of the Na-
tional Printing Bureau's regulation con-
cerning the contract procedures.
③ Have Grade A or B in terms of the
qualifications for participating in tenders
for Sales by the Ministry of Finance,
Japan (all ministries/agencies) or the
National Printing Bureau, Incorporated
