(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
A not come under Article 1 Clause 4 of
the Regulation concerning the Contract
for National Institute for Materials Sci-
ence. Furthermore, minors, Person under
Conservatorship or Person under Assis-
tance that obtained the consent necessary
for concluding a contract may be appli-
cable under cases of special reasons with-
in the said clause,
B not come under Article 2 Clause 4 of
the Regulation concerning the Contract
for National Institute for Materials Sci-
ence,
C have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade Cor
Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025,
2026, 2027 in "Manufacture of product" or
"Sales of product" for participating in
tenders by the Ministry of Education,
Culture, Sports, Science and Technology,
which is Single qualification for every
ministry and agency.
