(1) 入札説明書及び仕様書の交付方法
① 交付期間 令和8年6月8日(月)から令和8年8月3日(月)までの間に独立行政法人都市再生機構ホームページからダウンロードすること。ただし仕様書については、令和8年6月8日(月)から令和8年6月23日(火)までの土曜日、日曜日及び祝日を除く毎日午前10時から午後5時まで(ただし、正午から午後1時を除く。)の間に下記②で手渡しにて交付する。

(2) 競争参加資格確認申請書及び資料の提出期限、場所及び方法
① 提出期間 令和8年6月8日(月)から令和8年6月23日(火)までの土曜日、日曜日及び祝日を除く毎日午前10時から午後5時まで(ただし、正午から午後1時を除く。)
② 提出場所 (1)②に同じ。
③ 提出方法 内容を説明できる者が持参するものとし、郵送又は電送によるものは受け付けない。また、内容について説明を求められた時は、これに応じなければならない。
(3) 入札書の提出期限、場所及び方法

### 4 その他
(1) 契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨は日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 一般競争入札参加資格の認定を受けていない者の参加 上記2(2)に掲げる一般競争入札参加資格の認定を受けていない者も上記3(2)により競争参加資格確認申請書及び資料を提出することができるが、競争に参加するためには、3(2)の期限までに当該資格の申請の受付を済ませ、かつ、開札時までに当該資格の認定を受けなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格を有しない者のした入札、競争参加資格確認申請書又は資料に虚偽の記載をした者のした入札並びに入札に関する条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要
(6) 落札者の決定方法 独立行政法人都市再生機構会計規程(平成16年独立行政法人都市再生機構規程第4号)第52条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で、最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札とする。

(7) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice
② have been qualified for the purpose of "Service" through the examination of qualifications for the participation in the competitive tendering purchase for procuring equipment by East Japan district, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2025 and 2026.
③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Urban Renaissance Agency.
④ have a Permission to be a general cargo automobile transport enterprise in accordance with of the Cargo Automobile Transport Utilities Industry Low.
⑤ have proven to have experienced of the same kind resemblance services.
⑥ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services.
⑦ be who should have received the tender documentation.
⑧ not be the company where an organized group of gangsters management substantially or a company based on this.
