ii) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting :
iii) have Grade : A, B, C or D of level of interest, in "Sale of product" in Kinki or Shikoku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027.
iv) The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
