B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal year 2026 in the Tohoku area in "offer of service etc" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by National University Corporation Hirosaki University,
C not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer, Director (University Hospital), National University Corporation Hirosaki University.
