4 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 入札者は、開札日の前日までの間において、契約責任者から申請書等に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の行った入札、申請書等に虚偽の記載をした者の行った入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した者の行った入札は無効とする。

② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification.

・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document that described company career
・Application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
・Evidence of having supplied 300 or more smartphones under a single contract as the primary contractor after April 1, 2021.
③ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification.
④ Not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders.
(7) Time-limit for tender: 4:00 P.M. July 2 2026 (Tenders submitted by mail: 4:00 P.M. July 2 2026)
(8) The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
