② have Grade A, B, C or D on “manufacture of product” or “sale of product” in Chugoku Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every Ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026, 2027
③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification)
④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening
⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ have proven to have actually delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned
⑦ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned
⑧ have downloaded the bid manual from the Electric Procurement system, or have obtained the bid manual from orderer directly
