(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall;
1) Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
2) Have the qualifications for participating in tenders on A, B, C or D in “Offer of services” in the Tohoku district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025/2026/2027
3) Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligator Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
4) Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/
(7) Time-limit for tender by electronic bidding system : 4:00 p.m. on June 15, 2026 (Bids must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on June 15, 2026 or by mail by 4:00 p.m. on June 15, 2026.)
