5 Summary

② Not come under the category of anti-social forces defined by Article 2 of the Regulations for Corresponding to Anti-Social Forces by Organization for Small&Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN (Regulation 22, Item 37).
③ Have Grade A, B or C in terms of a unified qualification for all ministries and government offices for FY 2025, 2026 and 2027, “Manufacture of Goods: Computers and Related Equipment”, “Sale of Goods: Computers and Related Equipment”, “Provision of Services: Research and Development”, “Provision of Services: Information Literacy”, “Provision of Services: Software Development” or “Provision of Services: Other”.
