(4) 落札者の決定方法 独立行政法人農畜産業振興機構の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で、契約事務責任者が提案依頼書で示す要求事項のうち必須項目の最低限の要求をすべて満たしている提案をした入札者の中から、契約事務責任者が定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を定めるものとする。
