(3) Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Rental of bedding and laundry services 1 set
(4) Fulfillment period : From May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2031
(5) Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Kyoto Medical Center
(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;
③ have Grade A, B, C in “Provision of services” and “Sale of goods” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Regions ;
④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured services ;
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;
