5 Summary

(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
(a) not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
(b) have Grade A, B or C “offer of ser- vices” (others), in terms of the qualifica- tion for participating in tenders by the
Ministry of the Environment (single qua- lification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
