6 Summary
(1) Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A Maintain and update the hardware that makes up the network infrastructure system used throughout the organization (network devices for wired and wireless LAN, office-related servers and virtualization infrastructure, security systems and services, systems and services provided to staff, etc.), and provide operational support and maintenance services for them.
B All devices and services that constitute the network infrastructure system must be available under a five-year lease agreement.
C Enhance user convenience and establish a network configuration with high security strength. Also, incorporate network access controls in cloud services.
D The equipment that constitutes the network infrastructure system should be designed with redundancy to ensure stability and enable prompt recovery from failures or incidents.
E Design should also cover integration systems and services planned for separate implementation that complement the functions of the network infrastructure system, such as user authentication and terminal management/control, ensuring that the functions of these integration systems and services can be utilized from the network infrastructure system.
F Review and improve various usage of application contents and application methods related to the network infrastructure system, and carry out operational tasks that contribute to enhancing user convenience.
G Implement a system that enables the automation of operational tasks.
H Measures such as security enhancements, which are implemented gradually during the operational period, should also be handled as part of the operational tasks.
