A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for KEK,
B have the qualification in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification requirements which Director General, KEK may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation Concerning the Contract for KEK,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Director General, KEK.
