(6) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participatingin the proposed tender are
those who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Center for Child Health and Develop-
ment. Furthermore, minors, Person under
Conservatorship or Person under Assis-
tance that obtained the consent necessary
for concluding a contract may be appli-
cable under cases of special reasons with-
in the said clause ;
② not come under Article 7 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Center for Child Health and Developm-
ent ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in “Manufactur-
ers of products” or “Sales of products” for
participating in tenders by Ministry of
Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qua-
lification for every ministry and agency)
in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ;
④ meet the qualification requirements
which Chief Executive Officer (CEO) may
specify in accordance with Article 5 of
the Regulation ;
(7) Time-limit for tender : 12:00 March 10,
2026
