5 Summary
(1) Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity: KAWASE Kazushige, Director General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan

(3) Nature and quantity of the services to be required: Maintenance of GNSS earth observation network system (GNSS CORS)
(4) Fulfillment period: From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2027
(5) Fulfillment place : as in the bid manual
(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
① not come under Articles 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B, or C on “offer of services” in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/ 2026/2027
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/
⑤ not be the supplier that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ be the person who obtained the bid manual from the person of ordering directly
⑦ The person conform to the conditions stipulated in Article 26 of the specifications
(7) Time-limit for submission of certificate : 16:00 30 January, 2026
(8) Time-limit for tender: 16:00 26 February, 2026
