(1)、(2)、(4)、(5)、(7)から(9)は、第1号の5(1)、
(2)、(4)、(5)、(7)から(9)に同じ。
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この入札に参加
を希望する者は、入札説明書で示した入札参
加のために必要な書類を令和8年3月12日17
時00分までに提出しなければならない。また、
入札者は、開札の前日までの間において支出
負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求
められた場合は、それに応じなければならな
い。
(6) 落札者の決定方法 予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。
