(6)落札者の決定方法業務を履行できると日
本年金機構が判断した書類及び入札書を提出
した入札参加者であって、日本年金機構の予
定価格の制限の範囲内で最低の価格をもって
有効な入札を行った入札参加者を落札者とす
る。ただし、落札者となるべき者の入札価格
によっては、その者により当該契約の内容に
適合した履行がなされないおそれがあると認
められるとき、又はその者と契約を締結する
ことが公正な取引の秩序を乱すこととなるお
それがあって著しく不適当であると認められ
るときは、予定価格の制限の範囲内の価格を
もって入札した他の者のうち最低の価格を
もって入札した者を落札者とすることがあ
る。

2 shall not be suspended/debarred by Ja-
pan Pension Service, from participating
in tenders. This includes suppliers who
employ such persons as their agents or
representatives.

C on "Offer of services" in the Kanto-
Koshinetsu Area in terms of qualification
for participating in tenders by Ministry
of Health, Labour and Welfare (Go-
vernment-wide qualification) in the fiscal
years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
