(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札参加申請書に本公
告に示した物品を納入できることを証明する
書類を添付して入札参加申請書の受領期限ま
でに提出しなければならない。入札者は、開
札日の前日までの間において、副学長から当
該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それ
に応じなければならない。

(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると副学長が判断した入札者であっ
て、国立大学法人東北大学の契約事務取扱細
則第20条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価

入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。

tion for every ministry and agency, or in
tenders by Tohoku University,
C prove to the registered with the High
Pressure Gas Law, to initiate business of
selling high pressure gas.
