(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、本公告2の競争参加資
格を有することを証明する書類を本公告3(3
の提出期限までに提出しなければならない。
また、入札書を郵送する場合は、本公告3(4)
の提出期限までに提出しなければならない。
紙入札による場合は、入札書を封かんするこ
と。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間におい
て、当所から当該書類に関し説明を求められ
た場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告4(3)に従い証明
書等及び入札書を提出した入札者であって、
本公告2の競争参加資格をすべて満たし、本
公告及び入札説明書において明らかにした仕
様等の必要要件をすべて満たし、当該入札価
格が国立研究開発法人国立環境研究所契約事
務取扱細則第13条の規定に基づいて作成され
た予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもっ
て有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とす
る。

terms of the qualification for participat-

Rules concerning the Contract for NIES.
Furthermore, minors, Person under Con-
servatorship or Person under Assistance
that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the
said clause.
③not come under Article 6 of Detailed
Rules concerning the Contract for NIES.
④ are not being suspended from transac-
tions by the request of the officials in
charge of contract
