(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金全額免除とす
る。
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、競争参加資格に関する
証明書等を令和8年2月27日12時00分までに
提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日
の前日までの間において、全国健康保険協会
事務担当者から当該書類等に関し説明を求め
られた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札条件に違反した入札は無効と
する。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した業務を
履行できると全国健康保険協会理事長が判断
した資料を添付して入札書を提出した入札者
であって、全国健康保険協会会計規程第32条
の規定により作成された予定価格の制限の範
囲内で、最低価格をもって有効な入札を行っ
た入札者を落札者とする。

Grade C in "Sales of products" in terms of
the qualification for participating in ten-
ders by the Ministry of Health, Labour
and Welfare (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) in fiscal year
2025,2026,and2027
④prove to have actually engaged in ad-
equate amount of similar matters proper-
ly
⑤prove to have the ability to provide
sufficient service with certainty
⑥prove to have no false statement in ten-
dering application forms or attached do-
cuments
