ビルクリーニング技能士(2級以上)の技能
検定資格を有する者及び建築物環境衛生管理
技術者免状の交付を受けた者を正社員又は契
約社員として雇用していること,

行政法人の建物等の清掃作業を過去2年度の
期間に1件以上の実績があること,

項に該当する入札書は無効とする。

内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者
を落札者とする。ただし、落札者となるべき
者の入札価格によっては、その者により当該
契約の内容に適合した履行がされないおそれ
があると認められるとき、又はその者と契約
を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すこ
ととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当である
と認められるときは、予定価格の制限の範囲
内の価格をもって入札した他の者のうち、最
低の価格をもって入札した者を落札者とする
ことがある。

tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①Not come under Article6-1 of the
National Printing Bureau's regulation
concerning the contract procedures. Furt-
hermore, minors, person under con-
servatorship, and person under assis-
tance, who have obtained the consent ne-
cessary for concluding a contract, may
come under this qualification in cases in-
volving special reasons within the said
article.
②Not come under Article6-6-2 of the
National Printing Bureau's regulation
concerning the contract procedures.
③ Grade A, B or C in terms of the
qualifications for participating in tenders
for offer of services by the ministry of
Finance Japan (all ministries/agencies)
or the National Printing Bureau, Incorpo-
rated Administrative Agency, in the fis-
cal years 2025, 2026 and 2027
