5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the
procuring entity : MURAKAMI Katsuhiko,
Director of General Affairs Division, Chu-
goku Local Finance Bureau.
(2)Classification of the products to be pro-
cured:14
(3)Contents of the contract: Unit price con
tract of lease and maintenance of multi-
function devices; For details on this con-
tract, refer to the contract draft and specifi-
cations.
(4) Delivery period: From April 1,2026 to
March 31, 2031
(5)Delivery place: as in the tender do-
cumentation.
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①Not come under Article 0of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③Have Grade "A or B in the Supply of
the services" in terms of the qualification
for participating in tenders by Organiza
tions in the Chugoku area related to the
Ministry of Finance (Single qualification
for every ministry and agency) in the fis-
cal vears 2025, 2026, and 2027.
④Have not received suspension of de-
signated contractor status, etc. from any
ministry or agency (including person spe
cially qualified by officials in charge of
disbursement of the procuring entity).
⑤Not be suspended by government of-
fices or agencies from participating in
tendering procedures and winning nomi-
nation for a successful bidder.
⑥An eligible person is a person whose
business condition and credit are deemed
not to be a severe degradation, and who
is sure to implement the contract.
⑦Be a person who took a grant of a
tender manual.
