(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した業務を
確実に履行できると支出負担行為担当官が判
断した書類を添付して入札書を提出した入札
者のうち、予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定
に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲
内の入札金額を提示した入札者であって、入
札説明書等で指定する業務の要求要件のう
ち、必須とされた項目の基準を全て満たす提
案をした入札者の中から、入札説明書等で定
める総合評価の方法に基づく計算を行い、得
点の最も高い者を落札者とする。

5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the

(3)Nature and quantity of the services to be
required: Survey of livelihood expenses
and so on at the locations of diplomatic
missions abroad, 1 set
(4) June 30,2026
(5)Fulfillment place: The place will be spe-
cified later
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: ①not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause;②
not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting;③have Grade A, B, C or D
"offer of services, etc" in terms of the quali-
fication for participating in tenders by the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Single qualifi-
cation for every ministry and agency) in the
fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
(7) The person who is not being suspended
from Transactions by the request of the Mi-
nistry of Foreign Affairs
