(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に示す必要
書類を入札説明書により定めた提出期限まで
に前記3(1)の場所に提出しなければならな
い。また、開札日の前日までの間において、
支出負担行為担当官から当該書類について説
明を求められたときは、これに応じなければ
ならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に
違反した入札は、無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。ただし、契約締結
に当たっては、支出負担行為担当官が定めた
書式による契約書を作成する。
(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づき作成された予定価格の制
限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を
行った者を落札者とする。

6 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the

purchased : Toner cartridges and some sup-
plies

(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause.②
Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in
"sale of product" in the Kyusyu Okinawa
area in terms of the qualification for par-
ticipating in tenders laid down by the Min-
istry of Justice (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) in the fiscal
years of 2025,2026 and 2027.④Meet the
qualification requirements which the ob-
ligating Officer may specify in accordance
with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order con-
cerning the Budget, Auditing and Account-
ing
