(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示した必
要な書類を期限までに提出しなければならな
い。入札者は開札日の前日までの間に、契約
担当者から当該書類に関し説明を求められた
場合は応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。

(6)落札者の決定方法事業団会計規程第35条
第1項に基づき作成された予定価格の制限の
範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行っ
た者を落札者とする。

5 Summary

required : Procurement of printers for up-
dating the report infrastructure

rough 31 May 2031

(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 25 and 26 of the
Accounts official regulations of PMAC.
Furthermore, minors, Person under Con-
servatorship or Person under Assistance
that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the
said clause.
②not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by the ob-
ligating officer
③assume a three-party contract. have
the Grade A or B "Sales of product" and
"Offer of services" in terms of the qualifi-
cation for participating in tender by
every ministry and agency of Japan in the
fiscal years 2026.Satisfy the following④
④ have the Grade A or B "Offer of ser-
vices" in terms of the qualification for
participating in tender by every ministry
and agency of Japan in the fiscal years
2026.
⑤ prove to have met the qualification re-
quirements which the PMAC specify.
