者であって、分任契約担当職が入札説明書で
指定する性能、機能、技術等(以下「性能等」

要求要件をすべて満たしている性能等を提案
した入札者の中から、国立大学法人広島大学
会計規則第22条の規定に基づいて作成された
予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって
有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。
