2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保
佐人、又は被補助人であって、契約締結のた
めに必要な同意を得ている者については、こ
の限りではない。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和7・8・9年度の厚生労働省競争参加
資格(全省庁統一資格)において「役務の提
供等のA、B、C又はDの等級に格付けさ
れ、東北地域の競争参加資格を有する者であ
ること。
(4)その他契約担当役が必要と定める資格を有
する者であること。

(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨,
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項封印した入札書
に本公告に示した特定役務を履行できること
を証明する書類を添付して入札書の受領期限
までに提出しなければならず、当該書類に関
し、開札日の前日までの間において、契約担
当役から説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した入札参加に必
要な資格のない者のした入札及び入札の条件
に違反した入札。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した特定役
務を履行出来ると契約担当役が判断した者で
あって、独立行政法人労働者健康安全機構会
計細則第42条に基づき作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で、最低価格をもって有効な入
札を行った入札者を落札者とする。
(7)手続きにおける交渉の有無無。
