5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the
procuring entity : Aoyama Ayako in charge
of Finance of Chiba Prefectural Police
Headquarters.
(2)Classification of the products to be pro-
cured:26
(3)Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased : Supply of electricity to Chiba
Prefectural Police School and Other 4 Fa-
cilities (1 set).
(4) Delivery period: From April 1,2026 to
March31,2027.
(5) place: As shown tender
documentation.
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tenders are
those who:
① Do not come under Article70 of the
Cabinet Budget.
Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore
minors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consentnecessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the
Cabinet Order concerning the Budget.

③ Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of
product" or "Sale of product" in terms of
the qualification for participating in ten-
ders by the Cabinet Office (Single qualifi-
cation for every ministry and agency) in
the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027
④Any person who has been registered as
a Retail Electricity Supplier in accor-
dance with Article 2, Section 2 of the
Electricity Business Act.
⑤The person who is not being suspended
from Transactions by request of the offi-
cials in contract
6 Meet the standard specified in Public
Tender Instructions from the viewpoint
of reducing carbon dioxide emission.
7 Are not with a business which has been
barred from applying for government co-
ntracts at the request of the police aut-
horities on the ground that the business is
substantially controlled by an organized
crime group or a member of an organized
crime group or operated in the similar si-
tuation.
