(2)入札説明書の交付方法入札説明書は、原
則として電子調達システムから入手するこ
と。

21日午前10時迎賓館赤坂離宮前休憩所

月9日午後2時内閣府本府庁舎1階第2入
札室(郵送による場合は、令和8年3月6日
午後5時までに必着のこと)
4その他
(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨.
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除。
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者で「紙」により入札に参加
を希望する者は、封印した入札書に入札説明
書に示す書類を添付し、入札書の受領期限ま
でに提出しなければならない。また、「政府電
子調達(GEPS)システム」により入札に
参加を希望する者は、入札書データを受領期
限までに同システムにより提出しなければな
らない。入札者は、支出負担行為担当官から
当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、こ
れに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行なった入札者を落札者とする。

(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit
ing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A, B or C "offer of services
of management and maintenance of buil-
ding" in terms of the qualification for par-
ticipating in tenders by Cabinet Office
(Single qualification for every ministry
and agency) in fiscal years2025,2026 and
2027.
④not be suspended from transaction by
the request of the officials in charge of
contract.
⑤ the person who submitted the certifi-
cates shown on tender manual and got
agreement of tender participation
