納入できると契約担当役事務局長が判断した
入札者であって、国立大学法人鹿児島大学契
約事務取扱規則第18条の規定に基づいて作成
された予定価格の制限の範囲内で、契約担当
役事務局長が入札説明書で指定する性能、機
能、技術等(以下「性能等」という。)のうち、
必須とした項目の最低限の要求要件をすべて
満たしている性能等を提案した入札者の中か
ら、契約担当役事務局長が入札説明書で定め
る総合評価の方法をもって落札者を定める。

入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件を定めた調達であると示されている場合

A not come under Article 2 and 3 of the
Regulation concerning the Contract for
Kagoshima University.
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C
qualification during fiscal 2026 in the
Kyushu Okinawa area in sales of prod-
uct for participating in tenders by Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy, or have the Grade A, Grade B or
Grade C qualification during fiscal 2026
in sales of product for participating in
tenders by National University Corpora-
tion Kagoshima University,
C prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products,
D prove to have obtained license for sell-
ing a medical instrument in accordance
with the Law on Securing Quality, Effica-
cy and Safety of Products including Phar-
maceuticals and Medical Devices,
E meet the qualification requirements
which Executive Chief of Contract Ad-
ministration, National University Corpo-
ration Kagoshima University may spec-
ify in accordance with Article 4, section 6
of the Regulation concerning the Goods
supply contract for Kagoshima Universi-
ty,
F not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by Executive
Chief of Contract Administration, Na-
tional University Corporation Kagos-
hima University.
