(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2)入札保証金免除。
(3)契約保証金納付。ただし、金融機関等の
保証をもって契約保証金の納付に代えること
ができる。また、履行保証保険契約の締結を
行った場合は、契約保証金の納付を免除する。
(4)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、本公告に示した特定役
務を履行できることを証明する書類を3(3)の
書類の受領期限までに提出しなければならな
い。入札者は、入札日の前日までの間におい
て、総長から当該書類に関し説明を求められ
た場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(5)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の入札、入札者に求められる義務を
履行しなかった者の入札、その他入札説明書
による。
(6)契約書作成の要否要.
(7)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した特定役
務を履行できると総長が判断した入札者で
あって、国立大学法人東京大学の契約事務取
扱規程第11条の規定に基づいて作成された予
定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有
効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。
(8)手続における交渉の有無無。
(9)その他詳細は、入札説明書による。なお、
入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件を定めた調達であると示されている場合
は、十分理解した上で応札すること。
