5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the

terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in tenders by Ministry of Land, Inf-
rastructure, Transport and Tourism
(Single qualification for every ministry
and agency) in the 2025/
2026/2027
③ not be under suspension of nomination
by Director-General of Chubu Regional
Development Bureau from Time-limit for
submission of certificate to Bid Opening.
④ not be the stated person under the com-
mencement of reorganization procee-
dings of rehabili-
tation proceedings (except for the person
who has the procedure of reapplication
under the notification of the competing
participation qualification).
⑤not be the Building constructor that a
gangster influences management substan-
tially or the person who has exclusion re-
quest from Ministry of Land, Infrastruct-
ure, Transport and Tourism is continuing
state concerned.
⑥The person who obtained a bid manual
from the person of ordering directly
⑦have proven to have actually fulfilled
the service concerned or the service with
performance similar to that of the service
concerned
⑧for other qualifications other than the
above, please refer to the tender do-
cumentation
