(3)Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased:
① Electricity to be used in Shin Yama-
shita Government Office ; Contracted de-
mand 250kW; Estimated annual con-
sumption 1,155,000kWh
② to be used Yokokokokohama
Plant Protection station Tsukuba field;
Contracted demand 235kW; Estimated
annual consumption 868,000kWh
(4) Delivery period: From 1 April, 2026 th-
rough 31 March, 2027
(5)Delivery place: The place specified by
the Obligating Officer
(6)Qualification for participating in the
Tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible
for participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors
Person under Conservatorship or Person
under Assistance that obtained the con-
sent necessary for concluding a contract
may be applicable under cases of special
reasons within the said clause
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③have the grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms
of the qualification "Sale of product" for
participating in tenders by Ministry of
Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
(Single qualification for every ministry
and agency) in the fiscal year 2025,2026
and2027.
④ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabi-
net Order.
⑤Prove not to be a period of receiving
nomination stop from the contracting of-
ficer etc.
⑥ have registered in accordance with
Article 2—2 of the Electricity Utilities
Industry Law.
⑦fulfilll the requirement mentioned in the
tender manual that are atated from the
viewpoint of reducing CO2
