(1)入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及

(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示す証明
書等を作成し、提出期限までに提出しなけれ
ばならない。提出された証明書等を支出負担
行為担当官が審査した結果、この公告に示し
た業務を履行することができると認められた
者に限り、入札に参加することができるもの
とする。なお、開札日の前日までの間におい
て、支出負担行為担当官から提出した証明書
等に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効この公告に示した競争参加資
格のない者がした入札及び入札に関する条件
に違反した入札は、無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。

dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for

ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause. (2)
Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting. (3)Have Grade A, B or C "Offer
of services, etc." in terms of the qualifica-
tion for participating in tenders laid down
by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification
for every ministry and agency) for the pur-
pose of procurement in the fiscal year of
2025,2026,2027.(4)Meet the qualification
requirements which the Obligating Officer
may specify in accordance with Article 73
of the Cabinet Order.
