なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載
された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当
する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満
の端数が生じた場合は、切り捨てた金額とす
る。)をもって落札価格とするので入札者は、
消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者
であるかを問わず、見積もった金額の110分
の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載するこ
と。

(1)国立研究開発法人理化学研究所契約事務取
扱細則第5条の規定に該当しない者であるこ

の提供等」の「A」、「B」又は「C」の等級
に格付けされている者であること。

に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じ
なければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札者に求められる
義務を履行しなかった者のした入札は無効と
する。
