5 Summary
(1) Official in charge of the
procuring entity : Satou Tomonori, Direc-

(2)Classification of the products to be pro-

(3)Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased : Service of boiler operation, wa-
ter and drainage, Management of air co-
nditioning, for Sanatorium, 1 set.
(4)Delivery period: From April,1,2026th-
rough March, 31,2027
(5) Delivery place: National Sanatorium

(6) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting ;
③ Person corresponding to the following
can not participate in the competition:
Person stating false facts in the applica-
tion form or attachments qualification:
Person extremely deteriorated condition
or creditworthiness of the customer ;
④ have Grade A, B or C in "Offer of ser-
vice" for participating in tenders by Min-
istry of Health, Labour and Welfare
(Single qualification for every ministry
and Tohoku Region in fiscal
years 2025, 2026 and 2027;
⑤ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabi-
net Order ;
(7) Time-limit for tender: 15:00 March,4,
2026
