ding (6,600V) contract : 1,925,00kWh Elec-
tric Power Consuption, and Maximum de-
mand Electric Power: 566kW at Tohoku-
shinseien.

through March 31,2027

(6)Qualification for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufactur-
ers of products" or "Sales of products" for
participating in tenders by Ministry of
Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qua-
lification for every ministry and agency)
in Tohoku Regionin fiscal years2025,
2026 and 2027
④ It must be a person who is doing the
written report as a specific scale electric
entrepreneur based on regulations of two
clauses 1 of the person or Article 16 of
this law to obtain permission as the gen-
eral electric utility based on regulations
of Article 3 clause 1 of Electricity Enter-
prises Law
