(4)入札の無効この公告に示した競争参加資
格のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求め
られる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入
札書は無効とする。

制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。

6 Summary

purchased: The box meal for the accom-
modated juvenile for one year.
(4)Specification of procurement thing : It de-
pends on the tender manual and specifica-
tion.

March 2027

(7)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance who have
obtained the consent necessary for conclud-
ing a contract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the said
clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the
Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Au-
diting and Accounting.③Have Grade A,B,
C or D in the selling in terms of the qualifi-
cation for participating in tenders by the
Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) in the fiscal
years of 2025, 2026 and 2027.
