8入札保証金及び契約保証金

本公告に示した入札参加に必要な資格のない
者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反した者の入
札は無効とする。
10落札者の決定方法
本公告に示した入札参加資格の条件を満たし
ている者であって、予算決算及び会計令第79条
の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の
範囲内で、最低価格をもって有効な入札を行っ
た入札者を落札者とする。
11契約書作成の要否
契約締結にあたっては、契約書を作成するも
のとする。
