端数が生じたときは、その端数金額を切り捨
てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とするの
で、入札者は消費税及び地方消費税に係る課
税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わ
ず、見積もった当該金額のうちリバース
チャージ方式対象費用以外の費用については
110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載す
ること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令(以下『予決令』とい
う。)第70条及び第71条の規定に該当しない者
であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は
被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な
同意を得ている者は、予決令第70条中、特別
の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)令和7・8・9年度経済産業省競争参加資
格(全省庁統一資格)「役務の提供等」の「A」、
「B」又は「C」の等級に格付されている者
であること。
(3)経済産業省からの補助金交付等停止措置又
は指名停止措置が講じられている者ではない
こと。
(4)過去3年以内に情報管理の不備を理由に経
済産業省との契約を解除されている者ではな
いこと。
