2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保
佐人、又は被補助人であって、契約締結のた
めに必要な同意を得ている者については、こ
の限りではない。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)上記1(1)の番号ごと次のとおりとする。
①厚生労働省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資
格)において「役務の提供等」営業品目「そ
の他」及び「物品の販売」営業品目「医薬
品・医療用品類のA、B、C又はDの等
級に格付され、四国地域の競争参加資格を
有する者であること。
②厚生労働省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資
格)において「物品の販売」営業品目「そ
の他のA、B、C又はDの等級に格付さ
れ、四国地域の競争参加資格を有する者で
あること。
③厚生労働省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資
格)において「物品の販売」営業品目『燃
料類のA、B、C又はDの等級に格付さ
れ、四国地域の競争参加資格を有する者で
あること。
(4)その他契約担当役が必要と定める資格を有
する者であること。

(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨

(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除。
(3)入札者に要求される事項本公告に示した
物品と同等のものをもって競争に参加しよう
とする者については、当該物品が本公告に示
した物品と同等であることを証明する資料及
び製品の見本等を添付して入札書の受領期限
までに提出しなければならず、当該書類に関
し、開札日の前日までの間において、契約担
当役から説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した入札参加に必
要な資格のない者のした入札及び入札の条件
に違反した入札。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品又
はこれと同等のものを納入できると契約担当
役が判断した者であって、独立行政法人労働
者健康安全機構会計細則第42条に基づき作成
された予定価格の制限の範囲内で、最低価格
をもって有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者
とする。
