(1)入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、仕様書に記載された確
認書等を指定期日までに提出しなければなら
ない。また、開札日の前日までの間において、
支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明
を求められた場合は、それに応じなければな
らない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に
違反した入札は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると支出負担行為担当官が判断した
資料を添付して入札書を提出した入札者で
あって、予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に
基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内
で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札
者を落札者とする。

6 Summary

(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased: About Medium pressure gus
348,000m2 and Low pressure gus 65,440m2
Gus to use in Kobe Prison.
(4) Delivery period : From the meter reading
day of February 2027 until the meter read-
ing day of February 2028
(5)Delivery place : The place will be specifi-
ed later
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: ①Not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause.②
Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting. ③Have Grade A in "Manufac-
ture of product" or "Sale of product" in
Kinki Region in terms of the qualification
for participating in tenders laid down by
Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) for the purpose
of procurement in the fiscal year of 2025/
2026/2027. ④Suppliers who intend to put
in a bid without above qualifications may
be eligible only if they will be entitled to the
qualifications, registered on the list of qua-
lified bidders, and rated relevant
