(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
A)not come under Section 1 and 2 of Arti-
cle 13 of the Regulation concerning the
Contract for the National Women's Edu-
cation Center. Furthermore, minors, per-
son under Conservatorship or person un-
der Assistance that obtained the consent
necessary for concluding a contract may
be applicable under cases of special rea-
sons within the said clause.
B)have Grade A, B, C or D in "sale of
product" in terms of the qualification for
participating in tenders by Ministry of
Education, Culture, Sports, Science and
Technology Qualified Qualification for
Participating in Tendering Procedures)
in 2025
C) not be currently under a suspension of
subsidy or business order by National Go-
vernment and Independent Administra-
tive Institutions etc
D)meet other qualifications specified in
the tender manual
