A本システムは、GPGPUサーバ、ネッ
トワーク機器、及びA開発環境等で構成
すること。サーバ等を設置するデータセン
ターの利用(ハウジング)を含むこと。
B省エネルギー、省スペース、温度対策及
び低騒音化が図られていること。
C運用管理において、できる限り省力化及
び自動化が達成されていること。
D利用者側の利便性を考慮して設計されて
いること。
Eシステムの障害を防止するための十分な
保守体制、障害発生時の迅速な対処及びシ
ステム運用についてのサポート体制が提供
できること。
Fサプライチェーン・リスクへの対策とし
て、「IT調達に係る国等の物品等又は役務
の調達方針及び調達手続きに関する申合
せ(平成30年12月10日関係省庁申合せ)に
準じた要求に応じること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The GPGPGPGPGPGPGPGPGPGPG
server, network equipment, AI develop-
ment environments, and other related co-
mponents. This procurement shall in-
clude the use of a data center (housing)
for a GPGPU server installation
B Energy saving, space saving, tempera-
ture control, and noise reduction shall be
implemented
C Labor-saving and automation of opera-
tion and management shall be achieved
to the possible
D The system shall be designed consider-
ing end-users' usability.
E A sufficient maintenance system to
prevent failures, and a support system for
operation and prompt response to fail-
ures must be provided.
F As a countermeasure against supply
chain risk, the suppliers of the systems
must respond to the requirements by the
"Guidelines for Procurement Policies and
Procedures for Government Goods and
Services Related to IT Procurement'
(agreed by the relevant ministries and
agencies on December 10, 2018).
