5 Summary

its.
c) Have prevented a successful bidder
from concluding the contract or a
contractor from performing the con
tract.
d) Have obstructed the execution of
supervision or inspection by the offi-
cer in charge.
e) Have failed to perform his contract
without any justifiable reasons
