100に相当する金額(ロ)消費税が非課税又は
不課税となるものについては、見積もった価

2競争参加資格
(1)造幣局契約事務規程第4条及び第5条の規
定に該当しない者であること。
(2)令和7・8・9年度財務省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)又は、令和7・8・9年
度独立行政法人造幣局競争参加資格において
業種区分が「物品の販売」で「A」、「B」、「C」
又は「D」に格付けされている者であること。
(3)各省各庁から指名停止等を受けていない者
であること。
(4)造幣局と締結した契約に関し、契約に違反
し、契約の相手方として不適当であると認め
られる者でないこと。

(2)入札説明書の交付方法随時交付する。

14日17時00分まで、上記3(1)の場所で随時行
う。

00分ただし、入札書を持参する場合は開札
の日時までとする.

(3)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に
違反した入札。

(5)落札者の決定方法造幣局契約事務規程第
7条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。

tries/agencies) or Japan Mint in the cat-
egory of "Selling of products" in the quali-
fication for participating in tendering
procedures for the fiscal years of 2025,
2026 and 2027.
③ have not received suspension of de-
signated contractor status, etc. from any
ministry or agency.
④ are not being recognized as an unsuit-
able one to make a contract with, due to
the violation of the contract with Japan
Mint including its branches in the past
